  Camp can be one of the most life-changing experiences that children of incarcerated parents can have. Through Angel Tree Camping, children of prisoners go to Christian summer camps, where they have the opportunity to have fun, fellowship with their peers, build relationships with caring camp counselors, and experience the love of God in the great outdoors.

 The Solomon Foundation is a Church Extension Fund and registered 501(c)3 non-profit. Investments are offered to people who attend Christian Churches and Churches of Christ, which are part of the Restoration Movement, and provide loans to these same churches, helping them expand their ministry.

Welcome To The CCL Vendors Page

 Become a CCL Conference Vendor


We are looking for Vendors to exhibit at our national conference held annually in January. The 2020 conference is January 27-30, at  French Lick Springs Hotel, in French Lick,  IN.


All potential Vendors must be referred by a CCL member camp.


 To allow you the best opportunity to connect with conference goers, the Vendor exhibits are in the main flow of traffic between the dining, main session, and workshop areas. Conference attendees will be encouraged to visit your exhibit by means of a “Vendor Bingo” card. They will need your initials on a bingo space to fill out their card and be eligible for the giveaway drawings. You are encouraged to set up your display for the entire conference. 

If you can only be with us for one day, plan to be there Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. A one-hour block is dedicated to the Vendor Fair on Tuesday January 28, 4:30-5:30 PM. Make sure your exhibit is staffed during this time. Please know you are also welcome to attend our worship celebrations. 


The Vendor fees/benefits are broken into four levels:

 

Corporate Vendor ($3,500 annually)
(Note: We limit this level to only 3 spots per year)


  • Your logo prominently displayed on all printed material and conference media. (i.e. Name badges and Powerpoint announcements)
  • An opportunity to present before the entire group for 10 minutes.
  • A full-color, full-page ad in printed schedules
  • The most prominent vendor space at the conference
  • A list of conference attendees which represents 60+ camps
  • A banner link to be placed on the cclcamps.org Corporate Vendor page. The banner will also be spotlighted on a rotating basis on the cclcamps.org homepage.



Preferred Vendor ($425 annually)


  •  One space at the conference exhibit hall
  • A list of conference attendees which represents 60+ camps
  •  A full-color banner in the conference printed materials
  • Business contact info in the conference printed materials
  • A banner link to be placed on the cclcamps.org Preferred Vendor page. The banner will also be spotlighted on a rotating basis on the cclcamps.org homepage.



Supporting Vendor ($300 annually)


  • One space at the conference exhibit hall
  • A list of conference attendees which represents 60+ camps
  • Business contact info in the conference printed materials
  • A line link on the CCL Supporting Vendors page



Participating Vendor ($175 annually)


  •  One space at the conference exhibit hall
  • Business contact info in the conference printed materials.
