The Christian Camp Leaders Conference is a great opportunity to relax, recharge and network with other people in Christian camping. The 2024 conference will be held at The Park Vista, Gatlinburg TN. This beautiful hotel is located on top of a mountain near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It has plenty of space to accommodate our worship times, break out sessions and exhibitor area. Lodging and meals are also located on-site.

For advance planning, the 2025 CCL Conference will be held Jan. 27-30 at Glade Springs Resort, West Virginia.

We are looking for Exhibitors and Corporate Sponsors to showcase their products, programs and services at our national conference. To allow you the best opportunity to connect with conference goers, the Exhibitors are positioned in areas that will create the most opportune time for interaction between exhibitors and conference attendees.
Our national conference invites over 120+ Christian Camp Leaders from 37 states with roots within the Restoration Movement, Non-Denominational, Independent Christian Churches/Churches of Christ. These camp leaders gather to gain new skills, connect with other camps, share resources, and learn about YOUR new, unique products and services that will be beneficial to their ministry.
By showcasing your organization’s product line and/or services in this smaller, more intimate conference setting, you will gain unique exposure to these ever expanding camps and the hundreds of thousands of guests they serve each year.
