Join us at the 2027 Christian Camp Leaders Conference, Jan. 25-28.

This year’s theme, “Gather. Grow. Grit. Go.”, reflects the heart of our time together as we gather with fellow camp leaders, grow through shared wisdom and practical workshops, strengthen the grit needed for ministry, and return home ready to go wherever God leads.

We are also excited to welcome three outstanding speakers to the stage:

Matt Proctor, President of Ozark Christian College
Chris Morgan, Campus Director for the University of Louisville’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes
Dave Stone, pastor, author, and longtime ministry leader

Regular registration is now open through November 15 for $285. While early registration has ended, now is a great time to reserve your place before schedules fill up and the late-registration rate begins.

Childcare Information

Childcare will not be offered, but children are welcome to attend this event.

If you have children attending with you, please include that information on the registration form.

Children 5 and under are free.
Age 6-15 are $125 each, to cover the cost of meals.
Age 16+ should be registered as adults.

PAYMENT AND Refunds

All registrations and payment for the 2027 Christian Camp Leaders Conference must be submitted online, through the registration link at the top of this page.

If you complete your registration and later need to cancel, refunds can be made until Jan. 8 at 5 p.m.
