Childcare Information

Childcare will not be offered, but children are welcome to attend this event.

If you have children attending with you, please include that information on the registration form.

Children 5 and under are free.
Age 6-15 are $120 each, to cover the cost of meals.
Age 16+ should be registered as adults.

PAYMENT AND Refunds

All registrations and payment for the 2026 Christian Camp Leaders Conference must be submitted online, through the registration link at the top of this page.

If you complete your registration and later need to cancel, refunds can be made until Jan. 5 at 5 p.m.
